Welcome note on index.php
Do you want a welcome note above your blog? But only on the index.php? Then listen up:
1. Go to your theme's index.php. After the header include, write your note. Then save ofcourse. If you don't want it to appear on other pages, archives, categories, then follow the rest or the instructions.
2. Make a duplicate of your index.php, and rename one page category.php and the other page.php. Archive.php is need too. So 3 pages: archive.php, category.php and page.php. All must be duplicated of the index.php, but must NOT have the note. Obviously, upload those 3 pages to the specified theme folder ;)
3. Then you're done. A note on the index.php. That doesn't appear on categories, pages, and archives :)
